Our consultants are all self-employed with specific and direct experience in the sports sector. There are no staff in the traditional sense – Wharton Consulting operates as a collective, with each consultant responsible for generating and servicing his/her own workload.

Because of this set-up, Wharton Consulting does not have vacancies in the sense that a “normal” business would have. While people are added to the collective from time to time, this is on the basis of their having the sort of practical working experience in sport that is demonstrated by the rest of the consultants – and their being able to guarantee that the quality of their outputs would match the high standards that the organisation sets for itself.

Also, because of the way in which we work, we are unable to offer work experience opportunities to students at any level of their education.
